HOW TO ORDER

Select the Voucher item you need.

Find a gift or voucher item to send to Namibia by selecting an item from one of the categories listed. Alternatively you can use our search field at the top to find any Item you need.

Once you select the voucher you want to send, fill in the quantity you want to send in the box marked ‘Quantity’ and then click on the button 'add to cart'. When you click this button your item is added to the shopping cart at the top on your left side of the page.

You can either continue shopping by clicking the link 'continue shopping' or you can proceed to check out by clicking the ‘checkout’ link next to the shopping Cart. You can also remove items by clicking the button 'clear cart' against the item you no longer want.

Checking out and payment

At the Checkout page, you will go through a few steps as you proceed to check out.

First, you will need to provide your contact information. If you’ve registered the fields will automatically populate.

Add the recipient’s information - Provide us with the recipient contact information. It is important to give us their first and last names together with a reliable phone number. We will use this information when contacting the recipient about the order.

Let us know how you want to pay for your order; you can pay using a credit card.

Pick-up
If your order is for pick-up, select the pick-up option. Your recipient can pick up your order from our Windhoek office.

Receive order confirmation
After you have placed an order we will send you an order number

Email updates
While processing your order we will keep you informed along the way with progress we make. Should any problems arise with your order e.g. we are unable to contact your recipient, we will get in touch with you immediately.
