A: Buy4Africa is a secure online service that enables you to send a variety of practical and thoughtful products to your family and friends in Namibia. Products on offer currently; shopping vouchers, mall vouchers, utility vouchers (Electricity and Water), airtime (mobile and landline), flowers, gift vouchers, new-born hampers, kiddy packs, cakes, perfumes & colognes and beauty & wellness vouchers. We offer you a service of convenience, efficiency and reliability. As a courtesy to our customers Buy4africa.com delivers purchases within 15km from the CBD. Q: How do I place an order?

A: To place an order for a voucher, visit our website www.buy4africa.com. Select the product you want to send. For example, you want to buy a Pick n Pay shopping voucher worth N$ 1,000, select it in the shopping voucher category by clicking on 'Add to Cart', this will take you to your shopping cart, where you see the total items you ordered and their value. You can continue to select other items (you can select as many items as you desire in an order, we only charge you one service fee). Once you select all you want to send, you next create an account, with a username and password. The account helps you track current and future orders you place on our website. We also give customers the option to checkout as guest. After creating an account, the following page will ask you to provide us with the recipient's name and contact information, we strongly prefer you give us the recipients mobile phone number. You can also include a message to accompany the voucher or the purchase. Back to top

 

Q: If you have excess products in your cart?

A: You can correct this by using the “Remove” tab in the cart. Back to top

 

Q: If you have more quantities of an item in the cart than you require?

A: For example if you have three (3) 12 Red Roses in your cart and you require only one (1). Change the quantity to 1 and click on the “Update” tab located above Total Cost. This should leave only the desired quantity. Back to top

 

Q: How to pay for your order?

A: You can pay using a credit card or debit card - we accept all cards with the Visa, MasterCard or Discover logo on them. Our website uses a secure server that guarantees privacy and security on all payment transactions. Your transaction security is very important to us. Back to top

 

Q: Is the website secure?

A: Yes, Buy4Africa guarantees the safety and security of all transactions made on the website. Using secure servers we ensure that all credit card transactions are secure and all information provided is kept private. Your security is very important to us. Q: How do I know my order has gone through?

A: Once your payment goes through we notify you immediately of the payment status and follow up with a confirmation by email. Back to top

 

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Yes you can! For the following two reasons we offer refunds instantly:

1. If we are unable to contact the recipient of your order after repeated attempts over a 14 day period, we will contact you about a refund less the service fee.

2. If you change your mind about the order and your recipient has yet to receive it, we will process a refund, less the service fee. If for any other reasons, you feel we owe you a refund.

Q: Why do we charge a service fee?

A: We charge a service fee to enable us meet costs of administering and maintaining the website and by default providing the service to you. We charge a $7.99 service fee per purchase. Back to top

 

Q: How do we contact recipients?

A: We primarily contact a recipient using SMS, if there is no response, we will call them. If there is still no response, we will contact the sender and ask for better contact details. Back to top

 

Q: Should I (the sender) contact the recipient?

A: Yes, You should let them know that their order is on the way and when they can collect it. Please quote the order number we give you. You need not contact a recipient if the order is for delivery. Back to top
